Jil Sander has collaborated with Joel Meyerowitz for its Autumn/Winter 2021 campaign. The fashion house, led by Lucie and Luke Meier, invited the photographer to capture the latest collection on location from his home in Tuscany. The result is a series of cinematic images shot in a variety of everyday locations, from low-lit gas stations to shop fronts.
Maxime Ballesteros is a Berlin based photographer, who was born in Lyon, France. His photos captures fetishism, sex, parties. Maxime Ballesteros said: “My work is really about questioning and interpreting our reality, our time, the world and life we try to create and are destructing. And sexuality definitely plays a key role in it.”
“Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology” is the new theme for 2016 Costume exhibition at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. The exhibition will focus on the dichotomy between handmade haute couture and machine-made fashion.
